	Terms & Conditions: MPH operator hire accept no liability for damage caused on site, the hirer accepts Total responsibility unless it is deemed that MPH operator hire is grossly negligent. Payments must be made no later than 30 days after the invoice date. If this time is breached we will be forced to take recovery action. Cancellation must be made 24 hours before arrival time, if this time is not met a minimum charge will be made of no less than 8 hours. A shift is deemed no less than 8 hours Our operators time sheet is to be signed at the end of each week by the site agent or equivalent and will be used as a basis for billing.
